Outline for a live action video. Mom and Dad are leaning over baby in mamaRoo and talking. The baby is very overwhelmed as the parents each try to get the baby to say their name before the other (Mama vs Dada). Baby finally begins to speak. Sounds like mama, but ends up to be mamaRoo! Mom still tries to take credit, but dad won't let her. Video ends with a simple straight on shot of branding and baby having a good time as the mamaRoo bounces and sways. Voice says the slogan. We will be expanding on the “FIRST WORDS” concept by introducing a friendly competition between mom and dad for the baby’s first words. While showing both parents encouraging the baby to say mom or dad in turns, at separate times of the day, we not only create some anticipation but also will create moments where we can showcase the products various features such as the toys, variable movement and speakers. The film will have a cozy home setting. It will be cheerful and funny with a light humor.

A baby cries and cries. Mom is not home, so dad comes to the rescue. He can’t get the baby to stop crying! He rocks him, swings him, and even tries funny faces. The baby is not amused. More crying. He remembers mom said something about “roo?” He comes in dressed as a kangaroo. Mom bounces. I can bounce too! Mom walks in laughing- “Not kangaroo- mamaRoo!” She shows him the mamaRoo device explaining the functions. She snaps a photo and he chases her around the room. Baby laughs from bouncer.

We will execute the concept via a mockumentary. Using tongue in cheek, dry humor, á la Modern Family. A doctor speaks about the epidemic of Sway Knee. Footage of mothers and fathers bouncing and swaying their knees, distressed by their ailment. Mother speaks on how it's affected her life, she's worried her husband will catch it. But there's hope!
