Your video can be one or two seconds over as this sometimes occurs when the video gets uploaded. Generally, a video will be disqualified if it breaks the "10% rule," that is, it's 10% longer than the limit. In this case 33 seconds.

My recommendation would be to shoot around store logos and branded products. Keep it ambiguous as partnerships and agreements can change over time. These video should be able to go beyond just one brand or store.

The concepts are great but seems most of them are a logistics nightmare for us production folks with limited budgets. A lot of trademark issues. Does Loopt Star have any agreements with any of these stores to make it easier to shoot?
