    Texting the Next Move

Take a situation where you apply poor workplace coaching practices & portray them on the field. For example, the MIA manager is never around & only available via skype, email or texting. Show football team looking for advice on the next play. No coach in site. They grab their cell phones and text the coach. Coach texts back some plays in texting code "404 TTFN <3" Meaning "I haven't got a clue. Ta ta for now. Love Ya" or some crazy message derived from from http://www.netlingo.com/acronyms.php

    Micromanaged Team

The micromanaged team will not make a move on their own. Show a Soccer team being physically moved by the micromanager coach. He has to run to each guy & position them & move their leg to kick. Stands behind goalie & lifts up arms to catch ball. Use this to show how this is ineffective & will not work on field or in workplace.

    Joe Knows Best

Joe is an ex-football coach who runs his office like a football team and is preparing his team for a big meeting. He has the workers doing aerobic exercises, typing drills, and fitness drills while carrying coffee. He makes the workers wear headbands and writes “plays” on how the team will enter the room. He has them to wear the same color and puts numbers on them. The team looks ridiculous and are unprepared for the meeting. Represents a manager who focuses on the wrong parts of preparation.

    Daydream Believer

We see a perfect career coach who is encouraging & supportive, big high-fives all around and some workers pouring a big tub of coffee/water on the great coach (like Gatorade at a football game), when the job is done right & everyone is super happy! BUT then daydreamer wakes up to the reality of a horrible manager screaming and demanding faster, better results. The daydreamer is clearly miserable in a sea of unhappy co-workers.

    Business Meeting Boxing Match

Important business meeting is about to begin. In one corner the business person is being coached by a good coach, in the other is a bad coach. Their advice couldn't contrast more. Potential dialog: Good coach: "Never let them see you sweat" Bad coach: "Make them nervous by sweating profusely" Good coach: "Make them name their price first" Bad coach: "Start with your lowest price to show respect."

    Micromanaging the Field

I'd cast professional comedians as the employees. We'd start in the office. The boss tells his team about the annual Office Soccer match. One employee says: "I hope he doesn't micromanage THIS, too." Cut to the field: that's exactly what he does. It's slapsticky and goofy and fun. Voiceover says: "It wouldn't work in the field... So why would it work in the office?" End back in the office with the same boss micromanaging (like reaching under somebody's arm to click their mouse for them).

    Reality Bites

Open on a vibrant, colorful conference room filled with an enthusiastic team as their coach gives them encouragement. He runs around the room giving high fives. Initiates "The Wave" around the table. Hands out extravagant incentives. The team is pumped! Cut to reality: A drab muted color room with an unsupportive coach demanding an increase in sales and better performances. The whole team looks miserable. Simon, one of the team members was daydreaming. If only his daydream was reality...

    Career Coaching Music Video

We absolutely love this concept and we would like to put our own musical style into it. We want to create a music video centered around a big business table before a meeting with 4 business workers in each corner. Each business worker has a different coach with a different coaching style in his/her corner. The camera spins back and forth to the different corners as we hear the coaches rapping while coaching their employees. The budget would go toward securing the location and paying the actors.

    Office Training Exercises

We think this concept is hilarious and would love to create this video. If we were chosen, we would get 10 to 15 office workers and a very macho athletic coach with a whistle & stopwatch around his neck at all times. We think it would be funny for him to use a megaphone while the employees run through tires while carrying hot coffee. When they get to the meeting, they are exhausted and completely unprepared. The budget would go toward buying all the sport related props and help pay the actors.

    The Office Coach

I aim to expand on the 'Joe knows best' idea by making a comedy filled satire with a football coach character who is similar to the 'Full Metal Jacket' Drill sergeant, this creates the dynamic of career coach run amok which why Robert Half can offer an alternative. It will be fastpaced, slick, and have a good production value being shot in an actual office, with professional lighting, cameras, dolly and gib equipment which will deliver an excellent quality that will suit Robert Half's needs.
