When will the Pitch winners be announced? And how soon afterwards will the winners receive their Wall Tracks sets?

I submitted my pitch at the last minute (right before the july 31st deadline) and it wasn't as polished as I would have liked it to be. Am I allowed to re-submit the same idea now that the pitch phase has been extended?
