"What's wrong Artie?" "It's my wife sir, she's been pressuring me to find the perfect color for our..." He comes upon a wire that shines a beautiful blue. Using his color capture app, he takes a picture of the wire and finds the color. He sends it to his wife. "Perfect." He cuts the wire.

Old school 70's style dating show using the people personified as colors. The perspective painter plays the contestant and cannot see the "colors". The painter asks questions such as "Color #2, How would I know if you were the right choice for my living room". "Well Terry, I'm the kinda color that prefers being seen through the Personal Color Finder on benjaminmoore.com"

Everyone feels color differently. Yellow gives you a certain feeling because growing up your dad built a yellow clubhouse in your backyard. It feels calming to me because my grandmother's house was painted a vibrant yellow. Blending Super 8 and digital footage, both old and to-be-shot, my concept shows the linearity of why we choose a particular color [using the Affinity Fan Deck] - because it has a special feeling, connection or meaning to us based off memory or experience.

Our idea is to show the BM Color Capture app being used for finding that uniquely personal color in a way that reflects the individual’s personality. We see a girl's hand snapping a photo of a butterfly. The app finds its match from the BM catalog and the scene transitions to her room. The walls turn in to the same hue as the butterfly, in a visually stunning way. We will see various people using the app on unique sources of inspiration - to show that BM has that perfect color for everyone.

We introduce three separate couples who are using small colour sample chips to decide on what colours to use in their homes. The challenges posed using these tiny samples are clear as we see them take increasingly drastic methods to visualize their options – culminating in a wall covered in the same coloured chips. We then introduce a fourth couple who use the Personal Colour Viewer and happily, quickly design a perfect room which we then see completed. Benjamin Moore makes it easier.
