So can anyone submit a video that has not submitted or won a pitch? And, if anyone is able to submit a video, can we still create our own idea or do we have to use one of the pitches that won?

Gabriel, welcome to Tongal! A Pitch is basically your take on how to produce a video. You should include a link to your previous work or showreel, 500 characters explaining your take, storyboards (options) and a quick intro video (optional). Check out some past Benjamin Moore projects for examples.
