A "Pitch" gives you 500 characters as well as the ability to upload a video and storyboards to support - so it's really unlimited. An "Idea" submission is limited to 140 characters, "Concept" in Benjamin Moore's open project is 250

A weightlifter is spotted on a huge lift. Brings weight down, blows air out, bad breath passes out spotter, lifter can't get weight back up, kicking legs. Same scene, lifter spritz Binaca, bad breath gone, lift good. Fresh breath, Binaca safety 101.
