iMovie Use for Creating Videos

In the project requirement, it says that all winning videos MUST submit an uncompressed .mov file in Animation or ProRes 422 codecs. Does this mean you can't use iMovie to create winning videos?

    In this case we would make an exception and ask for you to submit your final file in h.264 codec.
