Cool Guy

The concept of the commercial is that technology doesn't age well. Unlike a fine wine, technology gets worse over time. Something that was cool a couple years ago can be the source of embarrassment today. The commercial will follow an office worker's realization that his old phone is no longer cool. Tongue and cheek voice over will reinforce this message. In the end, he will discover Radio Shack's Trade & Save program. With his new phone in hand he will return to the office and regain his cool.
